  6. present in the default directory in order to proceed.

  11. TAP121D2.PRG    Disk 2 image of TAP 1.21 (in DiskXpress format)
  12. TAP121D3.PRG    Disk 3 image of TAP 1.21 (in DiskXpress format)
  13. TAP121D4.PRG    Disk 4 image of TAP 1.21 (in DiskXpress format)
  14. MAKEDISK.BAT    Batch file for making installation disk

  18. INSTALLATION
  19.  
  20. Please use the MAKEDISK.BAT file to make the installation diskettes.  You
  21. can execute MAKEDISK.BAT from the command prompt or by double-clicking 
  22. MAKEDISK.BAT in Windows 3.x File Manager or Win95 Explorer.

  24. The diskette image format requires that you have 4 formatted 1.44MB high
  25. density diskettes ready.  The batch file will inform you of this as well.
  26.  
  27. MAKEDISK.BAT expects to find the diskette image files, TAP121D1.PRG,
  28. TAP121D2.PRG, TAP121D3.PRG, and TAP121D4.PRG in the current default directory
  29. (usually the same directory as MAKEDISK.BAT).

  31. Once you have made the installation diskettes, run the SETUP program on the
  32. diskette by one of the following methods:
  33.  
  34. Windows 95
  35.  
  36.         From Win95 Explorer, explore A: drive
  37.         Double-click SETUP.EXE
  38.  
  39. or
  40.  
  41.         Click on the Start button
  42.         Click on Run
  43.         Enter A:\SETUP in the command field, then click "OK"

  47. Additional Information

  49. MAKEDISK.BAT follows the following procedure, and can be edited to suit your 
  50. specific needs.  Most users will have no need to modify it.
  51.  
  52.   o  The user is informed of the formatted diskette requirement
  53.   o  User either aborts with Ctrl-C or presses a key to continue
  54.   o  Checks for the existence of the TAP121D?.PRG files, and continues
  55.      if found.  Execution is aborted with a message if the file is not found
  56.   o  Renames TAP121D?.PRG to TAP121D?.EXE
  57.   o  Extracts disk images to diskettes in A:
  58.   o  If extraction was successful, a message is displayed.  If not,
  59.      the program aborts with a message.
